Getting Your Property Rented
We find the right tenant in the shortest possible time through effective marketing & promotion, open for inspections and comprehensive screening of applicants
Detailed Entry Inspections
We conduct a thorough entry inspection and provide a detailed Entry Condition Report, we also take photos of your property to be kept on file for reference purposes
Regular Routine Inspections
We will inspect your property every 13 weeks and provide a detailed written report
Repairs & Maintenance
We have a network of trusted qualified tradespeople & contractors who can be relied on to provide accurate quotations and quality work at a reasonable price.
Your Rent in Your Account
You can choose to receive your payments at the end of the month, or mid & end of month. Rental reports are generated daily to ensure your tenants payments are up-to-date

A team you can talk to. We understand that communication is the key to our relationship with you and whether it is ‘good’ news or ‘bad’ news, we won’t keep it from you! We keep you updated with progress and activity relating to your property and tenants. Not only can you contact your Property Manager directly via phone or email during office hours, we provide a 24-hour service to tenants & owners, with a team member available outside of office hours to handle any emergencies promptly.

Property Department/Office Manager
Sharon’s real estate career commenced over 30 years ago as a Saturday receptionist. From there her experience and knowledge grew to becoming a full time sales receptionist and administrator, then taking that experience into property management.
Sharon is family orientated and customer focused and understands investors and tenants expect quality service. Sharon’s commitment and experience in the industry ensure that your portfolio is in capable hands! After taking off a few months to become a mother, Sharon bounced right back into full time employment again as a sales administrator and then back into property management full time for the past 10 years.
Sharon is fully qualified, obtaining her full real estate license in 2007, throughout her Real Estate career she has grown and matured from managing small portfolios, through to large portfolios and also property sales.
This vital role demands an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, industry knowledge, genuine enthusiasm and ongoing commitment. Natalie brings all these attributes and many more to the property management department.
Natalie is returning to RE/MAX after moving back to Brisbane from interstate. She prides herself on building good relationships with our tenants and owners and giving them a “happy to see you” kind of experience.
Karen brings to the RE/MAX Colonial team a wealth of managing and customer service experience with the Scottish ‘get the job done’ attitude.
Having moved to Brisbane and having gained experience in the rental industry, Karen knows the importance of ensuring her clients fee that they are receiving the same service that they would expect if one was in the others shoes.
Karen believes in establishing relationships with her client and ensuring that they receive value in return.

Vicki has many years of administration experience and primarily in the Real Estate industry. As an investment owner/landlord she learnt from the ground up.
She has had the opportunity to do property management, sales, administration, marketing, and general business accounts. Vicki has taken on a number of roles in Real Estate from Office Financial Administrator, Sales Trust & Contract Administrator, Rental Accounts Administrator, Assistant Accounts and now her role as a Property Manager Assistant for our Annerley office.
Vicki genuinely loves the pace and the people in the Real Estate Industry and will continue to work for many years to come.
